Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Skillberg Vista, our goal is to deliver high-quality online training programs and create a positive learning experience for every learner. We understand that situations may arise where you may need to cancel your enrollment or request a refund. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, and transfers.
By enrolling in a course with Skillberg Vista, you agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy, along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
1. General Principles
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to our support team.
All requests are subject to review and approval based on the conditions mentioned below.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method only.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider but generally take 7–10 business days after approval.
Taxes, gateway charges, and LMS access costs (if provided) may be deducted before issuing refunds.
2. Cancellation Policy
Before Course Activation: If you cancel before your LMS account is activated or before the first live session, you may be eligible for a full refund.
After Course Access: Once you have accessed LMS materials, attended live classes, or downloaded course content, cancellation will not be permitted.
Part Payments or Token Amounts: Any advance, part payments, or booking amounts paid to reserve a seat are non-refundable.
3. Refund Policy
a) Self-Paced (Recorded) Programs
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
If you have logged in to the LMS or accessed any course material, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds are not applicable for discounted or subsidized enrollments; in such cases, learners may transfer to another course of equal or lesser value.
b) Instructor-Led (Live Online) Programs
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Refund is void if you have:
Attended more than one live session, or
Accessed LMS content beyond introductory materials.
Refunds are not applicable if you reschedule your batch on your own request.
No refunds will be entertained after 7 days of purchase.
c) Duplicate Transactions
If you are charged twice for the same course due to a technical error, a full refund will be issued after verification.
d) Course Cancellation by Skillberg Vista
If a program is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, learners will receive either:
A 100% refund, or
An option to transfer the fee to another course of their choice.
4. Rescheduling & Transfers
Instead of requesting a refund, learners may choose to:
Transfer enrollment to another batch of the same course (subject to availability).
Switch to another course of equal or higher value by paying the fee difference.
Rescheduling is permitted only once and must be requested at least 72 hours before the start of the batch.
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
If more than 10% of the course content has been accessed.
If the course is purchased on discounts, offers, or special pricing schemes.
Payments made through EMI, education loans, or third-party financing.
If the learner has already received a certificate of completion.

7. Policy Revisions
Skillberg Vista reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Learners will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
